The European Boxing Championships brought young talent from across the continent to Budva, with an opening ceremony staged against the walls of the Old Town. We handled the full production: stage design, photo, video and a live stream that carried every bout to audiences beyond the arena. A championship-level event, built and broadcast to match — from the first bell to the final medal.
Behind the project
Hosting a European Championship is a production challenge on a different scale. For the European Boxing Championships in Budva, boxers from across the continent came to compete over ten days, with an opening ceremony set dramatically in front of the walls of the medieval Old Town. An event like this has to work for two audiences at once — the crowd in the arena and everyone watching from home — and that's exactly what we were brought in to deliver.
Our role spanned production, stage design, photo, video and live stream. We designed the stage and the look of the event, managed the production across the full run, captured it all in photo and video, and ran a live broadcast that brought every round to viewers beyond Budva. The result was a championship delivered to international standards — a demanding, multi-day sporting event produced, staged and streamed as one seamless operation, set against one of the most striking backdrops on the Adriatic.
